News Update

Hey everyone...In case you haven't heard, I am going to be in California for most of the summer, at least until sometime in August. I am taking the trip to have Griffin certified in California ( the toughest State to get a Service Dog credential) as a certified Service Dog and then will be spending some much needed time with my Sis and Mom. I will also be doing some dog training on the Monterey Peninsula, so I will be busy!

I have my cell phone and my laptop and will be checking email, so there are ways to stay in touch. Hope everyone has a wonderful summer.

Passionate Paws / Hospice Event

Hello Friends,
I am emailing to remind everyone that our Passionate Paws/Hospice Event is coming up tomorrow. We will have raffles and a small silent auction. We will also be selling (for a donation) Passionate Paws savings/discount cards. There is no cost to get in and there will be food and drink specials. Everything starts at 4pm, please come out and celebrate Life and the Dogs.

New Video of Lisa and Her training!

Congratulations - 4 New Therapy Dogs!

Congratulations are in order for our four new Therapy Dogs. Testing was held on the 13th of April and all four of the dogs we entered to test, passed with flying colors!!

Congradulations to our new Passionate Paws Therapy dogs, Morgan, Buccky, Dunkin, and of course ASHI.

We did 4 for 4 last night.

I am very proud of you all.

We will be having a meeting soon,

Pre Testing Scheduled!

Setting up a practice pre test for Thursday, 4/8/10 6:30 in Gulfport.

Will plan on having drinks/coffee at Bellini's after.

Pre test at 6:30, Yappy hour at 7:30. Dogs are welcome on patio, new great manager named Joe.

Will meet in front of Reef Dog, 6:30. Next to Bellini's.

Please bring a 15 ft. leash and drink money!!!!

Also will be selling Passionate Paws t-shirts, for who ever might want one. All proceeds go to P.P.

You will have to pay for your own drinks/ food but Bellini's will give us a drink/ Yappy hour special.

Only registered dogs who have spoken with me for pre test, Please!

Therapy Dog International Testing! April 12th & 13th!!

April 12 & 13th - Canine Connection will be testing dogs with TDI (Therapy Dog International) for use as therapy dogs, we will also be testing dogs for "Good Citizen".

Please contact Lisa by email or phone to sign up for this program, this is only available for dogs who have been enrolled in one of Canine Connections training programs.
